أنا الموقع أدناه أقر بأن منظمي الدورة التدريبية معفون من أي مسؤولية عن الخسارة أو الضرر الذي قد يلحق بي أو بدراجتي النارية أثناء الدورة التدريبية. وأقر أيضًا بأن المنظمين غير مسؤولين عن أي إصابات قد أتعرض لها أثناء التدريب. وعلاوة على ذلك، أفهم وأوافق على أنني ملزم بتعويض الأفراد أو الكيانات وتغطية أي أضرار بالممتلكات قد تنشأ بسبب الإهمال أو أي تصرفات متهورة أقوم بها أثناء التدريب. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أنا على دراية كاملة بجلسات التدريب التي سأشارك فيها وأدرك أن بعض أقسام التدريب قد تنطوي على مخاطر متأصلة. أتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي إصابات أو أضرار لحقت بي أو بدراجتي النارية وألتزم بارتداء معدات السلامة الكاملة.

موافقة على الشروط

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that the organizers of the training course are absolved from any liability for loss or damage to me or my motorcycle during the training course. I also acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible for any injuries sustained by me during the training. Furthermore, I understand and agree that I am obligated to indemnify individuals or entities and cover any property damages that may arise due to negligence or any reckless actions I undertake during the training. In addition, I am fully aware of the training sessions in which I will participate and recognize that certain sections of the training may involve inherent risks. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred by me or my motorcycle and commit to wearing complete safety equipment.
